This causes nerve interference along the pathway (spinal column) that connects your brain with your body. Keep your spine well adjusted with regular chiropractic care so your body’s Internet, the nerve system, is well connected and communicates effectively with the rest of your body. This will improve your health and the quality of your life.

The power of positive thinking is very important. Make sure you say a gratitude prayer or positive affirmations every day, especially before bed to feed your subconscious mind. An example would be to say, “I am healthy, I am happy, I am strong, I am successful, I am loved, I am healing." Remember, you think what you are and you are what you think!
5) HEALTHY DIET

The body also needs plenty of fresh water for adequate hydration. Fresh, minimally processed natural foods, whole food supplements and quality omega 3 oils are also strongly recommended.
